Miss Maria Kanellis
Maria first broke out on televison when she appeared on Reality TV show, Outback Jack.
But that wasn't the last we saw of her! She was in the top twelve in WWE's first ever
WWE Diva Search. She was apart of the final five but unfortunately got sent home. She
was welcomed back to WWE on November 1st as a backstage interviewer.

Maria is a nice girl, below are the friends that she's made spanning her WWE career.
Candice Michelle, Christy Hemme and Stacy KeiblerWhen Maria first came to the WWE (after the Diva Search), she was thrown onto screen with all the so-called “Diva Search Rejects” - Christy Hemme & Candice Michelle - and WWE’s Stacy Keibler etc. Their friendships just consisted of them going at each other in pillow fight matches, bikini contests, lingerie contests and appearing in random backstage segments together.
Ashley MassaroMaria has always had a friend in Ashley, with Maria congratulating her on her Diva Search win in 2005. The two have always gotten along, and now in the year of 2008, it seems as though Maria and Ashley are getting closer then ever. Ashley keeps pushing her towards a Playboy photoshoot and Maria seems to be interested. Where is their friendship heading?
Mickie JamesAlthough these two didn't originally see eye-to-eye, Mickie and Maria, in late 2007 particularly, seem to be together a lot for their RAW matches. Their friendship is really starting to 'come together', with Maria lending a shoulder to cry on whenever Mickie is frustrated - Maria's always there for her.
Maria has seemed to tick quite a few people off during her WWE career, and occasionally still does with her questions behind the microphone. But this is just a look at a few!
Lita (w/Edge)In early 2006, Maria just couldn't get away from Lita. In January of that year, Maria was scheduled to interview Lita and Edge in the middle of the ring, only to end up getting beaten down (at least before John Cena made the save). Later that night, she even managed to do the unthinkable... score a pinfall victory over the former WWE Women's Champion! But that was not the last of it, as Maria and Lita wound up facing each other numerous times after this. During Lita's final few months in the WWE, it was Lita vs Maria in the finals for the Women's Championship that Trish Stratus had just vacated. Lita did everything and anything possible to torture poor little Maria.
Melina PerezIt all started with one little question that Maria wanted to ask Kevin Federline. Melina wouldn't have it and ended up slapping Maria right across the face. Weeks passed, and Melina kept trying to make a example out of Maria. Sneaking a win several times didn't flow well with her to say the least. And ever since then, they have had their on again-off again kind of fued.
