Diva Dish: Divas thrill Europe

European tour
Many of the Raw and SmackDown Divas have been busy traveling through Europe this week, entertaining our fans from France to England to Germany. Read on for the Divas’ thoughts on their whirlwind tour.“So far it’s been amazing. We’ve been in a different city every single day. The fans react differently in every town,” Natalya said. “In Nice, it was one of the loudest groups of fans I’ve ever heard. They were explosive with energy. In Wales, they were a little more refined, and there were a lot of children.”
The third-generation Diva said she’s been hitting it off with her SmackDown tag team partner, Maryse.
“On the first night, we joined several of our friends and we jumped into the Mediterranean on the French Riviera at 3 in the morning!” she said. “And the All-American Girl and little miss Playboy model, Maria, they can mess with the best, but they’re going to go down with the rest.”
Maria told Diva Dish she enjoys returning to Europe not only to see the latest fashions, but to also enjoy time with our fans.
“It’s always so nice coming over here. Our fans are so appreciative because they don’t get to see us every day. It has been so much fun,” Maria said.
As for Natalya, Maria said she’s never been intimidated by her fellow SmackDown Diva, no matter which country they’re competing in.
“Natalya likes to talk about my dog, but I don’t even think she could beat my five-pound Chihuahua. I think Gemini would whoop her butt because it seems every night, I might be getting the best of her!” Maria said. “They’re great opponents and Maryse likes to flip her hair, so it’s been entertaining.”

Partying Playboy-style
Several of the WWE Divas partied at the Playboy Mansion this past Halloween. Eve, Maryse, Brie Bella, Maria and Lena Yada got the Superstar treatment at one of L.A.’s hottest parties.Maria – who was dressed in a bird of paradise costume she crafted herself – agreed the haunted house was one of the highlights of the Playboy party.
“The haunted house was so fun. I was walking through with Eve, and she was holding my hand so hard I thought she was going to break my fingers. But it was so much fun!” Maria said.

Party like a Playboy Bunny
Several WWE Divas will be trick-or-treating at one of the world’s most famous residences this Halloween – the Playboy Mansion. Brie Bella, Eve, Layla, Lena Yada and Maryse will join Playboy cover girls Candice Michelle and Maria at one of L.A.’s hottest, hippest parties of the season tonight.While Maria won’t be wearing her self-made bunny costume she wore at Cyber Sunday, she will be showing off another one of her unique creations.
“I have been working diligently on that one. I’m a bird of paradise. I have this amazing feather Mohawk I found at one of my favorite stores in L.A. – Forgotten Saints. It’s going to be so much fun wearing another one of my own pieces. So I’m excited,” the SmackDown Diva said.
“Going back to the mansion is going to be a lot of fun. I hope to have a great time and I hope nobody pushes me in the pool,” Maria said. “I heard Maryse is going to be there, so I’m thinking her pretty little French maid butt might have to end up a soaking wet French maid butt!”

Catwalk dreams
Maria was a special guest at L.A. Fashion Week last week. The SmackDown Diva walked the red carpet and sat in the front row at several designers’ shows.
“It was great to be there. There were lots of celebrities. Lauren Conrad had her line there. Christian Audigier has his line there. He was there at the show and I saw him after the show,” Maria said.
“It was incredible. The lines were great. The Christian Audigier show was wonderful. It was funny because I thought that plaid was coming back in, and when I saw his show, it was all plaid! It had a very British/United States mix,” she explained.
The Diva, a fashion designer who often showcases her wares each week in the SmackDown ring, hopes to soon be part of L.A. Fashion Week.
Diva Dish: Maria sizes up L.A. Fashion Week
In this week’s Diva Dish, Maria attends L.A. Fashion Week,Kelly Kelly gets into the Halloween spirit, Katie Lea rocks out in Florida, and Victoria and Lena Yada celebrate their budding friendship.
Fashion Week. WWE’s fashionista Diva is headed to Los Angeles Fashion Week. While Maria won’t be strutting down the catwalk, she will be in attendance at several designers’ shows. (MARIA’S LATEST PHOTOS)
“I think I’m seeing up to seven shows of different fashion designers this week. I can’t wait. It’s like a dream to be involved in these kinds of things for me. I love fashion. I love clothes,” she said.
“I know I’m going to be seeing Christian Audigier. I’ve worn his stuff and been in his stores – in L.A. there’s a billion of them. A lot of the guys wear him. So I’m really excited to see his show.”
Maria – a budding fashion designer who creates many of her in-ring outfits – told Diva Dish that to her, clothes are a statement.
