WWE.com officially confirms Maria's appearance on The Apprentice
“You’re hired!”
These are famous words Maria may hear from Donald Trump on season three of The Celebrity Apprentice.
NBC announced today that the Diva is one of 14 all-star contenders who’ll compete in a series of business-related tasks and stand before Trump and his children/colleagues – Donald Jr. and Ivanka – in his New York City boardroom week after week until a winner is crowned. While the celebrities won’t actually compete for a job with Trump, they will raise more than $1 million for various charities. If Maria is victorious, she’ll not only earn the title of “Celebrity Apprentice,” but collect $250,000 for her favorite charity.
Other celebrities joining Maria on the cast are former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, rocker/reality star Bret Michaels, TV personality (and Raw celebrity guest host) Sharon Osbourne, former MLB player Darryl Strawberry and former WWE Superstar, Goldberg. Last season, comedian Joan Rivers defeated poker player Annie Duke to win $532,000 for the God’s Love We Deliver charity.
