Divas Champion Michelle McCool def. Maria - (Divas Championship Match)

SD_482_Photo_054 Divas Champion Michelle McCool utilized a wrenching ankle hold on Maria to score a painful submission triumph in a match for the Divas Championship. Festus & Jesse had journeyed down to ringside - teddy bear in hand - to view the match close up. But when the Corn-Fed Colossus realized Michelle had hurt Maria, he charged into the ring after her, forcing the champion to quickly dive out of the ring to safety.

i’ve been counting the days for this match.. i has so excitaded about that.. i has SO hopping maria to win.. :((

Somebady has to take michelles’s titlle, why not her??:((

woooo wwe gives Maria a match for a championship and they make it about 2 and half minutes long. Ugh…

seriously that was stupid for wwe to have her match be so short and to have her lose was even more ridiculous, michelle needs to lose and she should have lost it to Maria.

Yeah I was surprised at how short it was. Was it me or did Michelle hold onto that ankle lock a little bit after Maria tapped? Maybe they just want to develop this feud a bit more. I can almost guarantee Maria will be Divas Champion in 2009…at least I hope so!

i was disappinted in the length of the match. it was far too short. not only that, Michelle totally botched that move at the end, it made them both look bad.

i know maria’s not the BEST female wrestler but shes gotten better. it would’ve been nice to see her have a real chance and display what she’s learned.

this fetus storyline needs to end ASAP as well

yeah.. wwe is not giving maria what she deserves ! she deserves better. she should have a wonderful and victorious match for divas titlle and i understand that even the ‘dumbest’ mens fall in love with her, because she is gorgeous, but that festus thing shouldn’t mess up with maria career and friendship with michelle m.! find her a new man.. xP
